Just Do This ONE Thing Today.
Most people think it is impossible to lose weight
That it has to be hard…
That it takes tons of hours, education and stress
Yes, you can make hard if you want to, but I’m telling you from
experience that it doesn’t have to be that way.
Here’s what I mean…
I want you to do this ONE thing for YOU today:
Set a goal TODAY that you’re going to begin implementing this coming
Monday.
I’d like you to make that goal a weight loss one.
Now, most people can’t picture themselves as a mean lean fighting machine, so I
don’t want you to set that goal right now.
So, what I’d like you to do is think about is losing 1/2 kilo a week
Do you think you could come up with a plan to do that?
(The correct answer is “Yes” ; )
It’s really not a lot of weight when you think about all the different
ways you can lose only 1/2 kilo…
And, even though it doest sound like much , it pays off BIG TIME every year.
That small incremental improvement equals 26kgs in a year!
That’s a nice chunk of weight no matter where you live.
Simply set small, SPECIFIC incremental goals.
And then, just move forward everyday working on those goals
That’s it.
Do NOT over complicate this.
And yes, YOU can do this!
