You Can’t Have Long Term Results Without Long Term Effort

What does that mean?

You can’t follow a healthy diet and exercise plan for 2 weeks and then go back to your old habits and expect long term results.

You have to design a diet and exercise program you can do for 365 days a year.

Yes you are going to have to adjust things along the way. However starving yourself, eating zero carbs and not eating fast food for 2 weeks is not going to give you the long term results you are after.

You have to ask yourself this simple questions “Who do I have to become” to get the body I desire?  Not what starvation diet do I need to do for 5 days….
