Are You Asking Yourself WHY?

why-not-you

When it comes to losing weight, getting a personal trainer or even joining a gym in Bendigo most people ask

Why?

Why go to all that effort.

Today I want you to ponder this….

WHY NOT

There are so many motivational gurus out there trying to get you pumped up and to be honest I think most of them are full of crap.

However there is one guy I like.

His name is Jim Rohn.

So to get your thinking today I want to share with you a great teaching of Jim’s called Why Not!

WHY

Why should you work so hard

Why should you take the classes and read the books

Why put yourself through all the push-ups and workouts

GOOD QUESTION WHY

The best way answer to why is WHY NOT

Why not find out how many push ups you can do

How many books you can read

How many skills you can develop

Why not find out how valuable you can be to your friends and family

Why not find out how much weight you can lose

Why not see what you can make of yourself

How far you can go

How much you can shine

How much you can make of your life

3RD QUESTION

WHY NOT YOU, with good self esteem

Why not you starting to change and set goals

Why not you start making progress towards the body and lifestyle you deserve.

LISTEN

If someone else can do it, you can do it. If someone can lose weight and get the body of their dreams you can

If someone can buy the house of their dream home, you can

If someone can find a partner to spend the rest of their life with you can too

WHY NOT YOU!

You have the brains

You have the future

You have your life in front of you

LAST QUESTION

WHY NOT NOW

It’s a great time to set your goals, get it together

To start this process to change and develop

Why not now to have a great plan for your life, your relationship, your financial goals

LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING ABOUT YOU

You can do anything you want

You are in control

You can achieve as much success as you want to

You can and will pick yourself up when life knocks you down

I BELIEVE IN YOU

Look, if you are struggling, I’ve been there and I can tell you first hand that it’ll get better if you keep on trying.

I BELIEVE IN YOU.

GO FOR IT!
